In 2019, I embraced numerology and began integrating it into my business to fully embody the energy of numbers. One of the first shifts I made was sending my newsletter on 3-days instead of every Monday, aligning my communication rhythm with the number 3.
Throughout the year, I added playful and intuitive practices to my routine—what I considered fun ways to connect with the energy. I started dancing and chanting before sitting at my desk to write. I pulled cards, connected to my business’s Akashic records or even called on Mercury’s guidance for communication.
These practices deepened my connection to my audience’s needs. I began receiving more and more messages and feedback thanking me for the good vibes infused in my newsletters. It became clear that this energy was being felt on the other side.

Case Study 3️⃣ - Personal experience with a 3-year
Of course, a year holds much more depth than a day or even a month. To help you dive deeper into the power of Number 3, I want to share my last 3-year cycle—2019.
2019 was a year of overflowing information, coming from everywhere—my intuition, traditional media, books, social media, Akashic records, the quantum field, through my Future Life Progression technique, and even from my travels and holidays around the world.
I gathered all this wisdom in my notebooks and bookmarks, and even six years later, I still draw from this collection. I absorbed so much that I was able to develop a completely new way of communicating—my words evolved, I embraced a fresh vocabulary, blending insights from heart intelligence with advancements in technology.
This 3-year also brought me incredible connections. I met so many new people and, in true 3-energy fashion, I dared to ask for a $60K sponsorship from someone I met at a hockey match. Somehow, I always seemed to find the right person at the right time.
I mentioned that I was absorbing knowledge from all over the world and across cultures—it was the year I traveled the most: multiple trips to the USA, Dubai, and France.
That same year, I also hired a vocal and public speaking coach to help me craft a 20-minute talk on heart-centered marketing, which I later delivered in front of 200 entrepreneurs. Through this experience, I not only healed my voice but also learned to speak from my inner truth. It was a powerful and transformative experience.
That year, I also connected with the future of work and the role AI would play in our lives.
And to mark this special year, I bought myself a perfume—one that I still wear today, especially when I need to reconnect to joy or navigate the challenges of a 4-day or 5-day.
