How to use numerology to sustain your strategy and organic planning
Harness the Power of Numerology: Align Your Business with the Energy of Numbers for Clarity, Flow, and Inspired Action
Since 2019, numerology has been an integral part of my planning. Back then, I needed to find a different approach—one with more flow, greater respect for my energy, and less pressure to meet rigid deadlines.
It started as a playful experiment: I’d add up the numbers of each day in my calendar for the month ahead and plan my week based on the energy of the numbers. I felt supported and more relaxed knowing that the following Friday was an 8—a perfect day to send invoices—or that five days earlier had been a 3, an ideal time for creativity and infusing positive vibes into my projects.
As the years went by, I learned to connect with the energy of numbers on a deeper level. Guided by a creative numerology coach, I discovered how to embody their energy and trust the almost divine process behind manifestation and perfect timing. The more I aligned with this energy, the less I felt drained by ego-driven pressures or outdated patriarchal beliefs and business patterns. At that time, I was already attuned to my feminine cycle and natural rhythm—a slower, inward process before stepping into the bold, fiery energy of my Leo nature (thanks, in part, to two burnouts in my early 30s!).
From time to time, I connect with other cycles, like weekly or lunar cycles (especially for intention-setting and gaining clarity), but I always return to the numbers. They are so simple to use and interpret, yet incredibly powerful.
In this post, I’ll share my personal interpretation of numerology, informed by 15 years as a business owner, my background as a former marketer and digital marketing consultant, and the creative numerology principles I’ve learned along the way.
You’ll find practical, concrete insights to help you plan in a more organic way using the energy of numbers, along with some good vibes to support you on this journey toward a new approach to business.
Ok… I hear you thinking:
“But I can’t do it this way—I have a business to run, goals to achieve, and deadlines to meet!”
So here’s my question: When you push hard to reach your goals, do you consistently achieve better results exactly on time, without feeling exhausted? And is this rhythm truly sustainable?
If yes, congrats! Please let me know how you do it and share your secret with the world. Otherwise, why not try one of the cycles below and see how it works for you? ;-)

How to plan your monthly or daily actions in 2025
Understanding the Energy of the Year, Month and Day
Collective energy in 2025
2025 is a Year 9 in numerology:
2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 9.
This means the collective energy of the year is focused on completion, transformation, and preparing for new cycles. To determine the collective energy for each month in 2025, simply add the number of the month to the universal year number (9). For example:
January: 1 (month) + 9 (year) = 10 = 1. January is a Month 1.
February: 2 (month) + 9 (year) = 11 = 2. February is a Master Number 11/2.
And so on:
March: 3
April: 4
May: 5
June: 6
July: 7
August: 8
September: 9
October: 1
November: 2
December: 3
Each month carries its unique energy and themes, which can guide your focus and actions. The same recommandations as mentioned above for each numbers.
Your personal energy and numbers in 2025
To align with your personal energy for the year, calculate your personal year number as follows:
Add your day of birth, your month of birth, and the universal year number (9 for 2025).
Example:
Birth date: March 9, 1976.
Calculation: 9 (day) + 3 (month) + 9 (universal year) = 21 = 3.
This person’s Personal Year Number for 2025 is 3.
To find your Personal Month Number, add the number of the current month to your Personal Year Number.
Example (with a Personal Year of 3):
January: 1 (month) + 3 (year) = 4.
February: 2 (month) + 3 (year) = 5, and so on.
Repeat this process for each month to create a roadmap for your personal numerological energy throughout the year.
The energy of your business in 2025 and its year
Related to numerology, the energy of your business can be found based on its birthdate. The birthdate of a company is the date of incorporation stated in the articles of association for a corporation (SA) or limited liability company (SARL), or in the shareholders' agreement, or the date of registration in the commercial register (which might have a different name in other English-speaking countries than in Switzerland). Select the one that resonates the most as birthdate (for my company I took the registration in the commercial register).
Next, calculate your business's numerology using the same method as for your personal year and months.
Here’s how I use this approach to understand my business’s phase and its needs for 2025:
17th of December 2018 → For 2025: 1 + 7 + 1 + 2 + 2025/9 = 20 = 2.
In 2025, I’m in a personal year 9 (aligned with the collective), and my company is in a year 2.
For me, this means embracing openness, the field of possibilities, and innovation, while aligning with my company’s needs to foster partnerships, deepen relationships, and navigate with intuition, sensitivity, and a yin approach.
Now it’s your turn! Find your company’s birthdate, calculate its year, and connect it to your personal year and the 9 of the collective to uncover the energetic dynamics between you, the collective and your business for 2025.
NB: Your company’s name represents its soul path, while its birthdate reveals its mission—just as it does for you. I’ll explore this topic in more detail in an upcoming post
Building your action plan
Once you’ve calculated your personal numbers, create a table to organize your insights. Include:
Your Monthly Numbers.
Actions inspired by the energies of each number (refer to the earlier list of supporting actions for each number).
Your 2025 Intentions to align your goals with the numerological energy of the year.
Example:
By working with both collective and personal energies, you can harmonize your daily and monthly actions with the flow of 2025, maximizing alignment and impact in your awakened business journey.
Your daily business planning with numerology
Now, let’s dive into day-to-day or weekly planning with numerology.
As we did with the months, we’ll apply the same method to each day. This allows you to create an annual daily numerology plan for your business.
Let’s revisit our previous example:
Birth date: March 9, 1976.
Calculation: 9 (day) + 3 (month) + 9 (universal year) = 21 = 3.
This person’s Personal Year Number for 2025 is 3.
To find your Personal Day Number, add the current day and month to your Personal Year Number.
Examples (with a Personal Year of 3):
22nd January: 2 + 2 (day) + 1 (month) + 3 (year) = Day Number 8.
14th February: 1 + 4 (day) + 2 (month) + 3 (year) = Day Number 1.
In the next section, I’ll share how I use these daily numbers to plan my week ahead and structure my communication strategy effectively.
How I use numerology in my business
When I’m not following the weekly planning method shared in my previous post, I love letting numbers guide and support my work. Each number carries a distinct energy, and I align my activities with them for maximum flow and impact. Here’s how:
Number 9: For workshops and momentum meetings
In the French-speaking part of my business, I cherish meeting clients in person. My role often involves opening their perspectives, shifting their mindset, and exploring possibilities—particularly with future business or life progression. The energy of a 9 day perfectly supports this work by encouraging openness through the U Theory approach: opening the mind, heart, and will. This is why all my workshops are scheduled on 9 days.
I also host four Momentum Meetings a year. These gatherings are for spiritually aligned entrepreneurs and are carefully timed with significant energetic moments, such as the back-to-school season, year-end reflections, or key planetary movements like Pluto entering Aquarius. These events are also scheduled on 9 days for the same reasons.
Number 6: For celebration and networking
I adore organizing networking events for my clients. These gatherings foster connections between like-minded individuals on similar paths, while also celebrating their achievements and my journey alongside them. The energy of 6 days supports this beautifully, as it nurtures harmony, connection, and a family-like bond with my partners and clients.
Number 3: For newsletters and social media posts
On 3 days or Wednesdays (as explained in my earlier posts), I often feel inspired to communicate. I tap into this creative energy to draft newsletters and social media posts.
When writing, I prioritize authenticity and heart-centered connection. I visualize my audience—clients and readers—and build an invisible yet powerful relationship through my words. This connection helps my communication truly resonate.
For promotional communications, such as selling an offer or workshop, I often lean into the 8 energy, harnessing its expansive power.
Since 3 energy recurs every nine days, if I feel the need to communicate more frequently, I turn to 6 or 9 days, as both numbers carry elements of 3 energy.
Number 5: My challenge with 5 days
I try not to attach limiting beliefs to numbers, but 5 days can be tough for me.
As a conscious entrepreneur, I stay attuned to how I feel and the surrounding energy—through my morning routine, throughout the day, and in evening reflections. As I’ve already explained, I’m really trying to reprogram myself to embrace another way of doing business—softer and more yin. My mantra, the 3F (Fun, Fluid, and Full of Ease), is incredibly supportive, but I’m human… and sometimes I still get caught in old patterns or the collective energies.
When I encounter resistance, lack of motivation, or minor disruptions, it often coincides with a 5 day.
In my new way of doing business, I avoid pushing through. Instead, I embrace the change and freedom that 5 energy offers. On these days, I schedule time for self-care, such as a massage or physical activity, and allow myself to go with the flow rather than force outcomes. So if I don’t feel like working I don’t.
