Let's clear outdated beliefs and align with true success in 2025

As we step into 2025, with our intentions set and perhaps some resolutions in mind, I want to invite you to reflect on a powerful question: What does success really mean to you?

In the entrepreneurial world, we're surrounded by beliefs and energetic imprints about how a business should operate. Marketing strategies, sales techniques, client relationships, and financial metrics often define what success looks like.

But does having more income than expenses truly mean we’re successful?

What about ending the year completely drained, even if our revenue grew? Or working 40+ hours a week, even if we love what we do? And what about creating a business model that traps us even more than our previous 9-to-5 job?

Does that feel like success to you?

We all know entrepreneurs who’ve faced burnout or anxiety while achieving consistent financial growth. So, is that the definition of success we want to hold onto?

A new lens for success

We’ve all experienced that abundance and prosperity are not directly correlated with the hours of effort we pour into our businesses.

The year 2025 brings with it the energy of 9—a year for clearing out what no longer serves us and making space for the new. It’s a perfect moment to rethink success and rewrite the outdated narratives we’ve inherited.

For me, success has little to do with traditional KPIs like revenue, profit margins, or client numbers. Don’t get me wrong—finances are essential to running a business, but

I’ve learned after 15+ years as an entrepreneur that success begins within. It’s about our internal vibration, our alignment, and how we show up energetically.

The problem with pushing too hard

We’ve all felt it—those moments when we push too hard to make a sale or meet a goal. And yet, no matter how much effort we throw in, things don’t flow. Why? Because when our energy carries anxiety, pressure, or an obsessive focus on results, others can feel it. It’s like sending out a signal of “I’m desperate”—and that’s exactly what drives clients or opportunities away.

On the other side, when we’re fully present and aligned, we radiate a magnetic frequency that supports our intentions. This alignment creates a natural flow that draws the right opportunities and people to us.

It’s not about “working harder”; it’s about creating from a space of ease and trust.

A new definition of success

So, what does success mean to me now?

It’s a feeling of inner fullness and wholeness. It’s that “aha” moment when everything just feels right—neither overly exciting nor unsatisfying. It simply IS.

This sensation forms the foundation of my 3F mantra: success that is fun, fluid, and full of easiness (facile in french).

It’s about letting go of outdated practices like overworking, pushing, or letting ego take over.

Instead, it’s about trusting the flow of life and creating from a place of inspired alignment.

Of course, we still need to keep an eye on our finances—adding and subtracting as necessary. But beyond that,

Success is about how we feel as we navigate our business and life. It’s about creating a sustainable rhythm that supports our vision and well-being.
