Organic business planning: align with your natural rhythm
For those ready to align their business with energy, nature, and a more intuitive flow
Dear Awakened Entrepreneur,
This morning, as I was scrolling through Notes, I noticed many entrepreneurs sharing their plans for 2025, while others expressed a desire to follow a more natural rhythm in running their businesses.
It reminded me of several entrepreneurs I mentored this past autumn, all seeking to find their own organic way of working.
One of them was a new mom leading a small business with three employees. She came to me because she knew I had also struggled to rediscover myself when I became a mother, and she wanted guidance on how to reorganize her business. She shared deep feelings and struggles about time management with her newborn, no longer wanting to "babysit" her team, and feeling trapped in a business model that once worked but no longer served her.
She needed to redefine herself as a woman, an entrepreneur, a mother, a boss, a wife—and in all her roles. From there, she needed to create a new organization, even if it meant downsizing her team, and craft a new vision for her business.
To make things more challenging, she was exhausted from childbirth and dealing with hormonal changes. During our first session, she expressed a strong desire to do a future progression session for her business to gain clarity and direction. However, I explained that such a session would only be truly beneficial if she first restored her energy. Her physical and emotional wellbeing had to come first.
We explored her numerology to connect her with her natural rhythms. She is a number 5, which means she thrives on spontaneity, freedom, and avoiding frustration. Without these, she feels drained and tends to "swim away" like a fish. Together, we defined what an organic rhythm looks like for her life and business. For her, this meant tuning into her energy and aligning her actions with the right timing, people, and projects. It also required grounding herself in her body to better sense her needs.
We also talked about cycles and how they could be related to her business:
her own monthly cycle
season cycle
weekly cycle
lunar cycle,
and of course numerology (I’ll dive into this in another post, as it’s my game).
Here is different cycles and actions you can use to plan your business in a more organic way
Ok… I see you coming with “but I can’t do it this way, I have a business to run, and goals, and deadlines… So my question to you: when pushing to thrive your goals, do you get better results in the exact timing you expected, without feeling exhausted and is it really sustainable for a rythm? If yes, congrats! Let me know how you do it and please share your secret to the world. Otherwise, give a chance to one of the cycle below and let me know ;-)
Let’s dive into:

Season cycle
As you may know, winter is a time for hibernation. In business terms, this translates to inner work, releasing old patterns, habits, and tools, making adjustments, reflecting, and preparing for what will bloom in the spring.
In my own business, I’ve stopped launching new products, workshops, or major initiatives during winter. As a Leo, fire is my fuel, and in winter, I feel drained if I take on too much. Instead, I’ve adopted a slower business mode, working more intuitively in a “if I feel it, I do it” way, with light day-to-day planning that loosely follows the sun’s rhythm. I tend to align my energy with the growing daylight.
When spring arrives, it’s time to plant the seeds for new products, business adjustments, or personal branding tweaks. As nature awakens, so should your business. Start going out again, showing up, networking, and sharing your ideas. Don’t forget to nurture those seeds—make adjustments, gather feedback, and refine your work.
Summer is the season to shine. When the light is brightest, you and your business are most visible. This is the time to be on stage—literally or figuratively. Communicate widely, both online and offline. Show up, host conferences, and embrace opportunities to grow your projects. Just like plants thrive under the summer sun, your projects will grow when they are nurtured and visible. Be mindful to balance care and visibility to sustain this growth.
Then, autumn arrives with its harvest season. This is when you gather the fruits of your labor. I hope you’ve managed your resources wisely throughout the previous months to reap the harvest you truly deserve. I also hope your energy remains strong enough to handle the influx of customers and the success of your projects during this busy time.
Feel free to share your own thoughts or seasonal business strategies in the comments. If the season cycle resonates with you and aligns with your business rhythms, adapt it to your unique needs and make it your own!
Weekly Cycle
I love this one, and I actually use it to plan my week—or sometimes to decide each morning what actions I’ll take for the day. Here’s how I align my week with the planetary energies:
Monday: Moon day
This is a day for internal work: reflections, channeling with my guides, Akashic communication with my business, improvements, and adjustments. I don’t schedule customer meetings in the morning. In the afternoon, I dedicate time to sport and 1-1 healing sessions.
Tuesday: Mars day
A day for action, courage, standing tall, and boldness. I focus on getting things done. This is a great day for customer meetings and 1-1 sessions.
Wednesday: Mercury day
A day for communication. I often write my newsletter on Wednesdays and plan the content for my next podcast. I also send emails to former customers, sharing updates in a more personal way about what’s coming next. If I feel inspired, I post on Instagram or LinkedIn. It’s also a great day for customer meetings, networking, creativity, intellectual work, documentation, or even teaching.
I might write another post about how I approach authentic communication, as I love pulling cards, channeling insights, and weaving them into my workshops or 1-1 sessions. Let me know if you’d like to hear more about this!
Thursday: Jupiter day
A day for expansion and opportunities. I usually send out my sales proposals and invoices on Thursdays, and it’s a great day for scheduling new meetings with customers. Each Thursday morning, I meditate on expansion, abundance, and prosperity, connecting with Jupiter for insights on my next steps.
Friday: Venus day
I often schedule my workshops on Fridays because I feel more confident, clear, and magnetic on this day. Fridays are perfect for meeting people, as it feels easier to connect and bond. I also communicate and share what I’ve learned—transmitting knowledge is a big part of my mission, and Fridays seem to provide the inspiration and good vibes I need.
Saturday: Saturn day
I usually don’t work on Saturdays—or rather, I focus on tasks that help me set up a good week ahead for my family. This includes grocery shopping, batch cooking, laundry, gardening, and resting. Saturn is about responsibilities, clear structures, and solid foundations—a kind of fatherly energy. In business, Saturdays are great for revisiting your purpose, taking aligned action, or reviewing processes.
I remember my father spending Saturday mornings doing admin work—reviewing the week, calculating hours worked on construction sites, preparing salaries, and planning the week ahead for my mum to handle on Mondays.
Sunday: Sun day
This is a day to enjoy the sun, the light, and all the insights that come when the sun is at its peak. It’s a time to recharge, reflect, and soak up inspiration.
Feel free to adapt these energies and actions to make them your own! I’d love to hear how you use these energies—or your own unique approach—to shape your week. Let me know! 😊
Lunar Cycles
The moon moves through 4 main phases, each offering a unique energy that you can use to guide your business activities. Here's how you can align with the lunar phases:
New Moon: A time for new beginnings, intention-setting, and planning. This is the phase to define your goals and clarify the vision for your projects. Ask yourself: What do I want to create? Use this phase for brainstorming and writing down your ideas.(Often, the intentions you set during the New Moon manifest around the Full Moon six months later.)
Example: Map out your goals for the next month or initiate a new project quietly, without launching it yet.
Waxing Moon (Crescent to First Quarter): The energy is building during this phase, making it ideal for taking action and nurturing your projects. Focus on growth, taking first steps, and building momentum.
Example: Start implementing your plans, making connections, or gathering resources needed for your projects.
Full Moon: This is the phase of illumination, visibility, and manifestation. It's the perfect time to launch a product, share your ideas widely, or present your work to the world. The energy is high, so use it to celebrate achievements and evaluate progress.
Example: Host a webinar, launch your program, or organize a public event. Be mindful to balance this high energy with grounding activities.
Waning Moon (Last Quarter to Balsamic Moon): This phase is about releasing, reflection, and tying up loose ends. It’s a good time to evaluate what’s working and let go of what isn’t. Slow down, rest, and prepare for the next cycle.
Example: Review your processes, tidy up your workspace, or conclude ongoing projects. Use this phase for introspection and planning for the next New Moon.
By aligning with the lunar phases, you tap into nature’s rhythm, giving your business a flow that feels both grounded and expansive.
Since this post is already quite detailed, I’ll dive deeper into numerology and how to plan your business around it in an upcoming post. Make sure to subscribe so you’ll be the first to know when it’s live!
I’d love to hear about your experiences with these cycles—or any others you use to guide your business. Share your thoughts, insights, and stories in the comments.

I was writing about this topic tomorrow for a 50 last days of 50 years old I am doing. And now I am like wow she has written about it all so well and thoroughly. Thank you I love all this messaging. I have followed my moon cycle for years and as menopause is coming it feels different and finding new rhythm to follow.
So I have a serious question here🙈. I have read all about this before...
But then I again made it into "shoulds" and "musts". Oh it's Wednesday, I have to do XYZ. Oh it's spring. I have to be in this phase!
And it again felt claustrophobic. Like moving from one box to another. That's when I said fuck everything and decided I'm going to listen to my soul every single day.
So for people like me what would you suggest? Genuinely curious!
