In this article I’m gonna take you away on a transformative -small yet super useful - journey to allow yourself this microshift to dare the break, embrace silence and get off the hamster wheel.

Are you ready?

In one of my previous lives, I’ve worked for a bank company as a freelance for one of their summer social media campaign. It was a contest and we had to set up an app. They knew it was not my business, yet they wanted me to do it. The day before the launch the app didn’t work. They required me to find the solution. I remember this call so well. I was on my balcony explaining it’s not my competence and business, and the internal social media manager was so hard and demanding. I had to find a solution. I grabbed a post-it and wrote:

“Dear Universe, please show me creative possibilities, I’m fully open to receive a miracle.”

At that time I was much less into spirituality but I really needed support.

Then I went out for a walk by the lake near my house, something like a 30-min walk. When I came back I sat behind my screen, opened this app, and found, not the solution, but an alternative. Thanks God! My customer was not happy but relieved and she could live with this solution.

I’ve lost count of the times a simple break brought me the answer. And I can’t count the number of ideas, insights that came like by magic when I’m busy doing totally anything else, whether it’s working, swimming, binge-watching or napping.

The less I pressure myself to find a solution, the more easily insights arrive.

July is a sacred invitation to slow down, reconnect with wisdom, and open the space within for what’s next.

In my FLUIDE method, and soon coming book of the same name, I keep on inviting to take space. Whether it’s a step back, a retreat or a meditation. Silence is key to listen, connect and receive.

This 9-year, July is a 7-month. The perfect time to have a sacred break and connect with higher wisdom, whatever this means for you. The teaching of the 7-number is vast: from learning, exploring (new) knowledge, getting certified or experimenting in your daily life, sharing what you’ve learnt with the last 6-numbers of this 9-cycle.

Also 2025, is a 9-year. Inviting us to open our consciousness and mind to new perspectives and possibilities and to prepare ourselves for a new cycle (2026) by making space for the new to show up, and of course, releasing what doesn’t serve us anymore.

And the 7 is part of the new cycle preparation with the triplet 7-8-9, your sacred space may already show you first sparkles of new beginning, interest or improvement. The new may be 2026 as well as October a 1-month.

So this month I’ll invite you to:

Have true breaks and if if you haven’t planned any holidays, find a way to invite the Holy in your days : make space for silent moment and to welcome the Holy insights.
Note down sparks of insight, curiosity or inspiration. Follow what lights you up — and if you feel the call, start exploring deeper…
Give yourself some peace, time and yes: take a true break.
Ground yourself, strengthen your roots, foundation and inner/internal structure and systems… the more flexi-solid you feel, the higher your inner self can connect to your galaxy to get precious insights.

Ah, last but not least, pay attention to the 7 traps:

Fog, lack of clarity 👉 Wait. The fog always dispel. Be patient.
Perfectionism. 7 is the number of the eternal student — always researching, never quite “ready”, often trapped in perfectionism.

July welcomes Uranus in Gemini on the 7th

When I talk about this 7-month in a 9-year… I was already thinking about the revolution Uranus is going to bring to communication, transport, way we think, etc. Uranus will be in Gemini until 2033, so the change will not happen over the night, anyway first insights might show up.

During this month, and the following, especially, August (8-month) and September (9-month), keep your eyes and ears and as well as all your intuitive channels in full receiving mode :

📻Weak and strong signals might appear soon or later to let you know how to get ready to ride your next waves and welcome change.

I’m really looking for this openess that it’s gonna bring to the collective and the world, I hope for the greater good of all, yet we never know.

So the best advice, in addition of the 4 I gave above about the 7, is to work on and develop a solid inner security. That’s the only true security you can have in those transformative and ever-changing time.

Furthermore: Conscious entrepreneur the one who build a better way of doing and world by being first, from inside out… is at peace and feel serene when making decision. They listen to their inner compass - aka Heart - as it has always possessed the right answer.

I’m so excited about these changes, I love innovation and change, and I have felt those big systemic revolution already in 2019… and I can’t wait for them to show up and install in our life… without all the noice and damages of the “Beetlejuce leading the world like a no-head chicken”.

I crave for positive changes either from technology, heart-centered business and politician, etc. I’ll talk more about this, as soon as, I've translated my book FLUIDE in english. I have so much to share with you about the future.
